Cloud Sculptures
I am deeply affected by my environment. Sound, smells, temperature and light have a powerful impact on my experience of the world. For much of my life, I have felt at the mercy of what I encountered and accepted a significant amount of suffering as the price of participation. These sculptures were born out of a curiosity about what happens in the absence of suffering. What happens if I use my sensory sensitivity as a compass to guide me toward moments of stillness, rather than merely away from sources of agitation?
